  • The Department of Energy previously anticipated that a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Management and Operation of the Brookhaven National Laboratory would be issued in the second quarter of FY09. The planned issuance of the RFP has been delayed. Future information regarding this solicitation will be posted on DOE’s Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) at URL http://e-center.doe.gov and/or FedBizOpps at URL http://fedbizopps.gov, as well as on this website. Therefore, interested parties are encouraged to check these resources frequently for updates on the status and timing of the anticipated RFP. (3/31/09)
